Project Leader – 1 position
Years of Exp.:
- Minimum 1 year as Team Leader or Project Leader/Project Manager
- 2+ years of experience on PHP Technology
Key Responsibilities:
This is a key role within the team and the successful candidate will own and facilitate the Project management activities for the application maintenance and support projects. This role will help us deliver effective maintenance and support capability. The Project Leader is expected to work closely with the Project Managers and co-ordinate various project activities. Build relationships with stakeholders around the world to get the relevant information and extend influence to garner support required for delivery of the work stream.
- Excellent aptitude for rich user interface & innovation concepts & design
- Can manage our online project management system
- Through understanding of MVC concepts
- Responsible for complete SDLC of a project
- Communicative
- Proven troubleshooting skills
- Ability to influence and manage team members
- Proven ability to manage complex workloads, meeting deadlines within timescales and budgets
- Candidates should be inclined to take up Line Manager roles in the medium term future (2-3 years)
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills is a must
- Willing to support new business opportunities
- Single Point Responsible to drive Multiple projects towards the stated goals
- Desire to have PMP Certification

PHP Developer:
Exp. – min 1 year
Job Type: Full time / Freelancer / Part time
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in PHP, MY SQL, XML, Java Script, WordPress, Joomla.
- Zend Framework (MVC), will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills is required.

Marketing Executive/Business Analyst:
Exp. – min 1 year in similar industry
Desired:
Practical knowledge of software development lifecycles.
Effective interpersonal skills.
Display initiative and practical application.
Proven ability in the area of written communication and presentation delivery.
Experience in defining business requirement for implementing large enterprise wide software applications in a Client / Server environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in project estimation and planning.
- Contribute to continuous improvement project work in the requirements definition process.
- Liaise with team members and other Cúram departments to ensure a quality product deliverable.
- Should have exposure in both Domestic and International market.
- Experience in Elance, Guru, odesk.
- Good Knowledge about bidding websites.
